HP prepares Notebook Chrome OS

We have already mentioned that the Taiwanese company Acer sees the future of the devices based on the operating system Chrome OS . The so-called Chrome gaining popularity due to the low price and web-based interface. Therefore, the message about the plans of HP to release their device for this market does not cause great surprise.

The American company will release its Chromebook in February. Officials have not yet commented on this information, but it is expected that the release will take place on the 17th. This will be a device with 1.1-GHz Celeron, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB solid state drive, and a 14-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels. Last unusual, as the device Lenovo, Samsung, and Acer have a 11.6-inch screen.

In any case the choice of Chrome OS, Windows is not bad news for Microsoft. American giant is now clearly experiencing hard times, and the news is confirmed.
